Healthy Vegetables Crepes Recipe.

In this recipe i will give you the steps to prepare a delicious oat meal and vegetables crepes recipe that you can prepare for breakfast, snack or light dinner meal accompanied by some protein sources.

Ingredients
  • 3 Eggs.
  •  2 to 3 small peppers ( you can mix green, yellow and red pepper).
  • Half an oignon.
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 and a half cup of oatmeal.
  • 2 big spoons of olive oil.
  • salt and black pepper.
  • cream cheese ( you can use low fat cream cheese).
Preparation steps
  1. start by cutting your peppers and oignon to a small pieces and shop the garlic cloves.
  2. In a bol mix the milk, oatmeal, olive oil till you have a homogenous mixture.
  3. add the pepper oignon and shopped garlic.
  4. let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour with a ladle of the crepe mixture in a non adhesive appropriate pancake pan (for extra precaution you can add some oil in the pan with a brush).
Be creative with the filling...

After preparing your crepes you can fill them with creme cheese or even chicken, minced meat or mushroom sauce.
